从华益助弱中心看志愿者组织激励机制

     

摘要

当今社会志愿组织正不断兴起和发展,志愿者在其中的地位和作用日益显得重要。志愿组织因其非营利性和草根性,与政府部门和工商企业不同,如何使志愿者树立和强化正确动机,避免短期行为,保持长期积极性,值得关注。文章以华益助弱中心为例,在探讨对志愿者有效激励的基础上,提出完善组织激励机制的构想。%Nowadays,the voluntary organizations are rising and growing rapidly.Volunteers,as a kind of human resources,have become increasingly important.The voluntary organization is different from the enterprise and the government because of its non-profit and grassroots characters.Therefore,how to make volunteers set up correct motivation and maintain the enthusiasm and avoid their short-term behavior has caught people's attention.By taking Huayi Social Work Center as an example and based on the research of effective incentive for volunteers,this paper brings up the suggestions about improving the incentive system of the voluntary organizations.
