新生代农民工教育培训程度对收入水平的影响--以合肥为例

摘要

In this paper ,the impact of new‐generation migrant workers’ educational attainment and vocational training on their income has been investigated into . Regression analysis is applied with data collected from 30 large ,medium and small‐sized enterprises in Hefei ,which suggests that there exist positive correlations between the migrant workers’ income and their education and training level .On this basis ,several measures are proposed to increase their income ,including ,encouraging mechanism innovation of elementary education in rural areas , laying stress on reforming the secondary vocational education program ,optimizing structure of the senior vocational education ,as well as paying attention to providing on‐the‐job training for the new‐generation migrant workers .%为了更好地研究新生代农民工教育培训程度对收入水平的影响，以合肥为例，调查了合肥市大型、中型和小型（微）企业共30家，采用回归分析法进行了相关性研究。结果表明：新生代农民工收入水平与受教育程度及职业技能培训程度之间存在着正相关性。并以此为基础，提出了鼓励农村基础教育体制机制创新、重视中等职业教育人才培养模式改革、调整优化高等职业教育专业设置、注重对新生代农民工在岗培训等相关建议。
