The “Sacrifice”festival is a crucial and direct showpiece of studying Japanese folk customs and social culture,among which the folk belief is an important carrier of presenting traditions and spiritual culture of a nation.Kochi,the friendly province of Anhui province,is famous for its rich fes-tival culture nationwidely in Japan.Exploring the culture connotation of folk beliefs of “Sacrifice”fes-tival in Tosa,Kochi,will help to grasp the culture essence of Tosa culture,and deepen the culture understanding of folk communication between the two provinces as well.%节日“祭”是研究日本民俗及日本社会文化的一个重要直观的窗口，民间信仰更是透析一个国家民族传统和精神文化的重要载体。作为安徽省友好省份的日本高知省，以其丰富的节日文化而在日本全国范围内闻名。对高知省土佐“祭”中民间信仰文化内涵的分析，可以深层把握土佐文化的本土生性化精髓，加深两省县民间交流的文化认知。
