新建本科院校财务管理规范化探讨

摘要

财务管理的规范化与否直接影响到一所新建本科院校正常运行。由于受旧有的财务管理思维模式的束缚及经验不足等原因，当前新建本科院校财务管理规范化进程缓慢，漏洞、弊端突显。为了适应现代财务管理的需要，必须建立健全规范的财务管理体制，促进新建本科院校财务管理改革，推动学校教育事业的稳健发展。%The standardization of financial management has a direct impact on the normal operation of a newly established university .Due to the shackles of the old financial management thinking mode , coupled with the new lack of experience , the process in the financial management standardization of the current new undergraduate colleges and universities is slow , and the flaws and drawbacks of it are highlighted .In order to meet the needs of the modern financial management , a sound financial management system should be established to promote the re-form of the financial management of the newly established undergraduate colleges and universities and to push on the stable and healthy development of the newly established undergraduate universities ’ education cause .
