两种因素对光子晶体缺陷模的影响

     

摘要

采用传输矩阵法,通过数值计算模拟的方式,研究周期数和缺陷位置对一维光子晶体缺陷模的影响,结果表明:对于镜像对称结构一维光子晶体,当两侧基元介质周期数不相等时,缺陷模的透射率下降,且周期不对称度越大,缺陷模透射率下降越快;对于含缺陷单元的周期性排列结构一维光子晶体,当含缺陷单元偏离周期性排列结构中间时,缺陷模的透射率下降,而且偏离结构中心越远,缺陷模透射率下降越快。%The effect of two factors on the photonic crystal is studied by using the transfer matrix and numeri-cal simulation method.The result shows that when the number of period of the two sides are not equal with mirror asymmetry structure of one-dimensional photonic crystal, the transmittance of defect mode will be decreased, and the greater asymmetry is, the faster the transmittance decreases.With regard to the containing defects unit with pe-riodic arrangement structure of one-dimensional photonic crystal, when the deviation of the defect unit from the center of the structure, the transmittance will be decreased, and the greater deviation from the center of the struc-ture is, the faster the transmittance decreases.The influencing law with the number of period and location of defect can provide guidance for the theory research and design application.
