周期数对异质对称结构光子晶体透射特性的调制

             

摘要

利用传输矩阵法理论,研究周期数对异质镜像对称结构光子晶体(AkBgCl)mDn(ClBgAk)m透射特性的调制作用,结果表明:随着周期数m增大,透射谱中透射峰的带宽会越来越窄,但透射峰数目及其透射率保持不变;随着周期数n增大,透射谱中透射峰的数目增多,而且透射峰的条数与n数值有关;随着周期数k或g增大,透射谱中透射峰向长波方向移动,且透射峰数目减少及透射峰所处的禁带变窄,但透射峰的带宽却变宽;随着周期数l增大,透射谱中透射峰向长波方向移动,且透射峰数目减少,透射峰及其所处的禁带均变窄.周期数对异质镜像对称结构光子晶体透射特性的调制规律,可为光学滤波或光学开关的设计提供理论指导.%Using the theory of transfer matrix method, study the transmission characteristics with the cycle number of the heterogeneous mirror symmetrical structure in photonic crystal (AkBgCl)mDn(ClBgAk)m, the results showed that the bandwidth of the transmission in the transmission spectrum peaks will be get narrower when the cycle number m increases, and the transmission peak number and its transmission rate remains the same;the number of transmission in the transmission spectrum peak increased, and a number is equal to n numerical transmission peak when the cycle number n increases;the transmission spectrum peak moving towards the long wave transmission, when the cycle number k or g increases;the transmission spectrum peak moving towards long wave transmission, the transmission peak number will be less and the band gap of the transmission peak will be narrower when the cycle number l increases.These will provide a theoretical referenc for the optical filter or theoretical guidance for the design of optical switch.
