A method of block diagonalization is given for a group real matrix,and on the basis of thiis,a numerical method of solving its eigrnenproblem is obtained in this paper.The advantage is that there is no need to make the complex operation in the middle of the process.%给出了一类实矩阵的块对角化方法，以此为基础获得此类矩阵特征问题的解法．该方法的特点 是运算中间过程无需繁杂的复数运算．
