自然油循环变压器线圈加导向结构热特性试验研究

         

摘要

分别对自然油循环变压器线圈水平油隙尺寸、线圈中rn有无导向设置、导向区个数以及油流方向等多种因素对线圈温升分布,特别是对rn热点温升的影响规律进行了试验研究和总结.油浸自冷、风冷变压器线圈设置导rn向结构有利于降低线圈的平均温升,但线圈最热点温升却受线圈中导向区间个数rn、每个导向区线饼数、油流方向以及外部冷却条件等多种因素的综合影响.%Directed oil circulation is rnwidely used in natural oil transformer winding.The flowing and heat transfer rncharacteristics in it had not been clear.Experimental results of the temperature rnrise of an oil-filled natural convection transformer winding with directed-rnblockwashers are presented in this paper.A comprehensive test was performed rnusing a non-inductive winding with imbedded thermocouples.The adoption rnof directed oil circulation is helped to reduce average temperature rise,rnwhile the hot-spot temperature rise is complicatedly effected by the amount rnof blockwashers in the winding,the parallel duct size,the number of discs rnin one pass and the direction of oil flow,etc.
