探索了一种以四氢呋喃,二甲基二氯硅烷为主要原料制备δ-羟丁基二甲基 硅氧烷齐聚物的新方法.本法首先用四氢呋喃与氯化氢反应合成氯丁醇,其次与 二甲基二氯硅烷反应,再与金属镁反应生成(CH3)2SiCl[O(CH2)4MgCl],最后在盐 酸中水解生成δ-羟丁基二甲基硅氧烷齐聚物.主要考察了不同的二甲基二氯硅烷 与氯丁醇的配比对产量的影响,对目标产物进行了氢核磁共振分析,讨论了其基 本结构,并对合成过程可能存在的化学反应进行了详细探讨.%A new method was studied in this paper by which δ-(hydroxybu tyl)-dimethylsiloxane oligomer was synthesized based on tetrahydrofura n and dichloro-dimethylsiloxane.The first was that chlorobutanol was s ynthesized based on tetrahydrofuran and hydrochloride.The second was t hat chlorobutanol reacted with dichloro-dimethylsiloxane.Then(CH3)2SiCl[ O(CH2)4MgCl] was synthesized in the presence of magnesium.At last δ-(hydroxybutyl)-dimethylsiloxane oligomer was prepared by hydrolysis in a med ium of aqueous hydrochloric acid solution.The effect of the molar rati o of dichloro-dimethylsiloxane and chlorobutanol on the yield was inve stigated.The objective product was detected by 'HNMR. Its chemical str ucture was discussed. The probable chemical reactions which happened i n the synthetic process were guessed.
