立体旋液式并流塔板压降试验研究

         

摘要

Dry and wet pressure drop of stereoscopic and swirl parallel flow trays with dissimilar turning angles of blade ( 30 ° , 45 ° , and 60 ° ) were measured in different air velocity and liquid flux in air-water testing system. The effects of air velocity, liquid flux and turning angles of blade on dry and wet pressure drop were analyzed to verify the hydrostatic property of parallel flow tray. The results show that swirl parallel flow trays have high performance for its distinctive structure, and pressure drop of parallel flow tray with 60 ° turning angle of blade is obviously lower than that of other familiar trays in high air velocity and large liquid flux.%以空气-水为试验物系,分别测量了叶片扭转角为30 °、45°、60 °的立体旋液式并流塔板在不同空塔气速和液流通量下的干板、湿板压降,并分析各因素对压降的影响规律,以考察该塔板的流体力学性能.试验结果表明:立体旋液式并流塔板独特的结构保证了其高性能.叶片扭转角为60 °的并流塔板在高空塔气速和大液流通量下,压降明显低于其它常见的各种塔板.
