防波板位置对罐车制动时防波效果的影响

         

摘要

The liquid sloshing during the tank braking was simulated with FLUENT software. Taking axial peak impact force as the index, impact of different location of baffles on liquid sloshing was investigated. The results show that when baffles are installed in the top of cross section or closed enough to the bottom of the tank, they can effectively divide the tank into several chambers, which helps to baffle the moving of liquid and reduce the peak impact force of liquid. When the filling rate is higher than 0.7, baffles installed in the top of cross section do the best than that with other locations. Only when the filling rate is very low (eg.it = 0.5), baffles closed enough to the bottom do much better.%利用FLUENT软件对罐车制动时液体的晃动情况进行了数值计算.以罐体在轴向受到的峰值冲击力为指标考察了防波板的不同安装位置对防波效果的影响.计算结果表明,防波板安装在罐体横截面顶端或足够靠近底端,均能有效地将罐体分割为几个腔室,抑制液面的晃动,减小峰值冲击力.充装系数大于0.7时,靠顶部安装的防波板防波效果更好.当充装系数很小(如k=0.5)时,足够靠近底端的防波板防波效果会更好.
