“三精”文化建设与医院的可持续发展

This article from the“Three-Jing”cultural connotation puts forward to construction measures of culture:“fine management” ,“accurate technology” ,and “careful service” .“Three-Jing” culture is the important content in the construction of hospital culture construction ,and it is the important way to promote the sustainable development of hospital .Three aspects of “Three-Jing”culture construction re-spectively for the sustainable development of the hospital provide driving force ,fighting capacity and competitiveness .We can say ,its cultural construction and formation is the sustainable development of the hospital .%从“三精”文化的内涵入手，提出要从“管理精细”“技术精确”“服务精心”等方面入手，构建医院“三精”文化。“三精”文化是医院文化建设中的重要内容，“三精”文化建设的三个方面分别为医院的可持续发展提供了驱动力、创新力和竞争力。可以说，“三精”文化的建设及其形成，是医院可持续发展的生命力。
