大数据对企业决策过程的影响:一个多案例的研究

         

摘要

运用多案例对比法,以企业决策过程为观察视角,分析9家案例企业开展大数据服务的具体决策过程,综合一手访谈数据和二手描述资料数据的编码分析,揭示大数据理念范式和技术工具对企业决策过程的影响范畴以及企业应用大数据的差异化模式.研究发现:大数据对企业决策过程中的影响范畴主要包括信息搜集与分析、目标形成与制定、决策方案制定、方案实施、实施评估、决策中的沟通等六个大类以及市场业态分析13个具体影响方面;根据企业在应用大数据的理念、目的和手段上的差异,划分了"大数据+"再造型和"+大数据"融合型两种应用模式.研究结论可为大数据背景下企业决策的制定和实施提供有益启示.%By using multiple-case comparison method and taking enterprise decision-making process as observation angle, this paper analyzes the specific decision-making process of big data service in 9 case enterprises. Combining the coding analysis of first-hand interview data and the second-hand descriptive data,authors revealed the impact of the big data concept paradigm and technical tools on the business decision-making process as well as the differentiated mode of large data application. The research found that impacts of big data on the enterprise decision-making process mainly include 6 categories,including information collection and analysis,target formation and formulation,decision-making,implementation, implementation evaluation,communication in decision-making,as well as 13 market formats. According to the differences in concept,purpose and means of using big data in enterprises,authors divided two application modes of "Big Data +"reengineering and "+ big data" blend. The research conclusion can provide useful enlightenment for the formulation and implementation of corporate decision-making under the background of big data.
