平抽方治疗儿童多发性抽动症的临床疗效研究

摘要

目的：评价平抽方治疗小儿多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法：60例同时合并有上感症状，临床诊断为小儿抽动症患者，辨证分型为“风热犯肺”“肝风内动”以平抽方加减治疗，4周为1疗程，共治疗12周，以中医证候评分量表（ TCMSSS）、耶鲁抽动严重程度量表（ YGTSS）评估治疗疗效。结果：平抽方在治疗终点12周时，中医症候评分100％有效，耶鲁评分改善率也达到95％，治疗前后两者的评分比较，疗效显著（ P ＝0.000），相关分析显示发病年龄与治疗改善率呈负相关（ P ＝0.01，0.03），年龄越小，治疗效果越显著。结论：平抽方能显著改善风热犯肺、肝风内动型多发性抽动患者的抽动症状，对抽动症患者尽早治疗，疗效更好。%Objective:to evaluate the clinical effect of Tics-pacifying Formula on multiple pedo-tics.Methods:60 cases with pe-do-tics with URTI, classified as wind-heat invading lung and liver-wind stirring, were treated with modified Tics-pacifying Formula, 4 weeks as a course for 12 weeks.TCMSSS and YGTSS were used to evaluate the curative effect.Results:at the 12th week, the effective rate was 100%with TCMSSS, and 95%with YGTSS;compared with results before and after treatment, the difference was significant ( P =0.000);correlation analysis showed that age of onset was negatively correlated with the improvement rate of treatment ( P =0.01, 0.03) .Conclusion:Tics-pacifying Formula can significantly improve the symptoms in patients with multiple tics.The early the treatment is, the better the effect will be.
