大学校园规划建设项目风险管理研究

摘要

大学校园规划建设项目是国家教育产业的重要组成部分,该类项目具有投入资金大、开发周期长、技术要求高、影响因素多等特点,因此项目投资风险性很大。在这种情况下,项目的风险管理显得尤为重要。因此,在大学校园规划建设项目中要进行全面风险控制与管理,运用先进的管理方法,采取一系列风险防范措施,从而提高建设的有效性、安全性和经济性。%The university campus planning and construction project is the important component of the national education industry.The project has many characteristics such as,large amount of funds,long development cycle,high technical requirements and the various influential factors,which cause high investment risk.In this case,project risk analysis is particularly important.So in order to improve the efficiency,security and economy of the project,we should strengthen comprehensive risk control and management,use advanced management methods,and take measures against risk.
