As a symbol of human civilization,the concept of green economy has been gradually accepted by the public.The model of economic development is turning to circular from linear.How to minimize pollution,maximize the employment of resources and energies,and raise the public awareness of environmental protection have become a strategic thinking for Beijing Winter Olympics,for the development of green(circular)economy,and for the improvement of ecological environment.%绿色经济作为人类社会文明的标志,已经逐渐被全社会所接受.当前,经济发展模式正由线形经济悄然转向循环经济.如何最小化地产生污染,最大化地利用资源和能源,提升公众环保理念和绿色文化素质,成为助力北京冬奥、发展绿色(循环)经济和改善生态环境迫在眉睫的战略思考.
