河北省农民收入现状及增收对策研究——全面建成小康社会背景下

摘要

全面建成小康社会难点在农村,重点是农民,而重中之重则是农民增收的问题.河北省作为农业大省,农民比重大,农民增收较难实现,距离全面小康社会较远.必须通过调整农业产业结构、统筹城乡发展、加大政策支持、提高农民科技素质和精准扶贫等有效途径,促进农民收入增加,这对于全面建成小康社会有着重要的意义.%As a major agricultural province,Hebei Province has a large population of peasants and it is most difficult to increase the income of peasants.Therefore,there is a long way for peasants in Hebei to go to enter the moderately prosperous society.The income of peasants may be increased by such ways as to adjust the agricultural structure,to balance urban and rural development,to increase policy support,to improve the technological quality of peasants and to take targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty.
