西藏非物质文化遗产传承的法制化研究——基于高等教育传承的视角

The occupies a place in vitality of intangible cultural heritage is inherited. Tibetan intangible cultural heritage, which the intangible cultural heritage of our country even the word, is more depended on inheritance and especially higher education inheritance. The orderly higher education inheritance needs legal protection. Only the higher education inheritance of Tibet intangible cultural heritage is institutionalized can the web of legal pro- tection of Tibet intangible cultural heritage inheritance be constructed and the vitality of Tibet intangible cultural heritage be really continued.%非物质文化遗产的生命力在于传承，而在我国乃至世界文化遗产中占有一席之地的西藏非物质文化遗产，更离不开传承，尤其是高等教育传承。有序的高等教育传承离不开法律的保障，只有将西藏非物质文化遗产的高等教育传承加以法制化，才能构建西藏非物质文化遗产传承的法律保护之网，延续西藏非物质文化遗产的生命力。
