消肿破瘀饮配合西药治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成255例

摘要

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaozhong Poyu decoction on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods Two hundred and fifty -five cases in treatment group was treated with Xiaozhong Poyu decoction orally in addition to thrombolysis treatment,while the control group ( 114 case )was treated with thrombolysis only. The clinical effect of the two groups was observed. Results The excellent rate was 97.64％ in the treatment group with significant differences as compared with those in the control group 60.52％ ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Xiaozhong Poyu decoction combined with western medicine has a good therapeutic effect on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.%目的 观察消肿破瘀饮治疗下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效.方法 在西药溶栓治疗的基础上,治疗组255例配合口服消肿破瘀饮治疗,对照组114例单纯西药溶栓治疗,对比2组疗效.结果 治疗组显效率为96.5%,明显高于对照组的60.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阻抗血流图改变及彩色超声血管显像治疗组均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 消肿破瘀饮配合西药治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成有显著疗效.
