目的 观察虎杖苷(polydatin,PD)对颈动脉窦压力感受器活动的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制.方法 在麻醉大鼠隔离灌流颈动脉窦的技术下,记录窦神经放电,观察PD对颈动脉压力感受器活动的影响.结果 与正常组大鼠相比,PD组大鼠窦内压-窦神经放电积分关系曲线向右下方移位,且具有剂量依赖性.用L型钙通道开放剂Bay K 8644(500nmol/L)预处理后,PD的抑制效应被阻断.结论 PD抑制颈动脉窦压力感受器活动,此作用可能与Ca+2内流减少有关.%Objective To study the effect of polydatin ( PD )on carotid sinus baroreceptor activity and explore the underlying mechanism. Methods The effect of PD on the carotid sinus baroreceptor activity was examined in anesthetized rats with perfused isolated carotid sinus by recording sinus nerve afferent discharges. Results PD shifted the curve of intrasinus pressure - integral of sinus nerve activity to the right and downward in a concentration - dependent manner. Pretreatment with Bay K8644 ( 500nmol/L )could abolish the effect of PD on baroreceptor. Conclusion PD inhibits carotid sinus baroreceptor activity through decreasing calcium infiux in carotid sinus of anesthetic rats.
