应用改良善释网塞补片行腹膜前间隙腹股沟疝修补术25例

摘要

目的 探讨应用善释疝补片腹膜前间隙无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的改良手术方法.方法 总结2009年3月-2010年3月应用善释疝修补片治疗的25例临床资料.结果 本组25例全部得到随访,随访时间12～24个月.无切口疼痛及深部感染、复发,无腹股沟区异物不适感或阴囊积液等并发症.结论 该术式操作简单方便,手术时间缩短,减少术后并发症,并有术后疼痛轻、恢复快、复发率低的优点,值得在临床中推广.%Objective To investigate the surgical procedure of tension - free hernioplasty to repair inguinal hernia using Easy Prosthesis mesh VIA preperitoneal space. Methods The clinical data of 25 cases of inguinal hernia from March 2009 to March 2010 were analyzed retrospectively in terms of the surgical procedure and their therapeutic effect. Results The 25 cases all were followed up for 12 ~ 24 months. No infection,recurrence, chronic pain in the inguinal area happened. Conclusion The procedure has many advantages including quick postoperative recovery, less pain, lower complications and recurrence rate. It is worthy of application in clinic.
