依托高校体育资源提高应急避难场所管理机制的研究

摘要

学校体育场馆在社会应急避难场所中占有重要位置，是学生临时疏散避难减灾的理想场所，学校作为体育场馆的所有单位和管理单位，在加强对学校场馆，校舍的硬件资源的管理等方面具有重要责任，同时学校是教学单位，对加强学生的应急避难能力的培养，提高学生灾害预防意识，学会自我救援这些方面具有很强的优势，学校体育资源为校园防震体系的构建提供了物质资源和人力资源。因此研究利用高校体育资源构建校园应急避难体系有着重要的意义。%Stadiums in colleges and universities,which are the suitable places to refuge and evacuate for students,play important roles in public emergency shelters.On the one hand,colleges and univer-sities,who are in charge of them,are vital to managing their stadiums and buildings.On the other hand,as the educational institutions,colleges and universities are responsible for strengthening students’ability of emergency evacuation and improving their consciousness of disaster prevention and self-rescue.In a word,sport resources in higher education institutions support the public e-mergency system with the material resources and human resources.Therefore,the study on how to apply the sport resources into the campus emergency system is of vital importance.
