集中供热系统中锅炉节能运行调控研究

         

摘要

In this paper,energy-saving operation control in the centralized heating system of a boiler was studied,taking the heat source,heat supply network and heat users as the obj ect of the intelli-gent control model.The test of exiting gas temperature of boiler and furnace containing oxygen shows that,after the model was applied,under the precondition of ensuring the heating effect,e-lectricity was saved by 3 1.1 7% compared with the previous heating season,and coal was saved by 11.31%,which improved the boiler room operator’s working environment and achieved good heating effect.%对某集中供热系统中锅炉节能运行调控进行研究,采用以热源、热网、热用户为对象的智能控制模型.通过对锅炉排烟温度及炉膛含氧量的测试表明,应用该模型后,在保证供热效果的前提下,与前一采暖季相比节电31.17%;节煤11.31%;改善了锅炉房操作工的工作环境,取得了良好的供热效果.
