优化激光切割截面质量的研究

摘要

Laser cutting processing is a kind of machining method developed in recent years.It is widely accepted because of its high efficiency and fast speed,which is usually used for sheet metal parts processing.In recent years,because it is the new processing method,the processing experience is still inadequate,and there are more factors and processing parameters involving in the processing, it is not easy to make good quality of the cutting section,and it needs to control research in many aspects.In this paper,the practice,which made the quality of the cutting cross section controlled well,was analyzed.%激光切割加工是近几年发展起来的一种机械加工方式,因其效率高,速度快而快速发展,广受欢迎.通常大多用于板材类零件加工.由于是近几年新型加工方式,加工经验尚浅,并且加工中涉及的因素和加工参数比较多,所以要得到好的切割截面质量并不容易,需要对多方面进行研究控制.本文以此为目的进行研究,通过多次分析实践使得切割截面质量得到很好的控制.
