熵值法在经济政策综合评价中的应用研究——以河北省张家口市尚义县精准扶贫为例

摘要

熵值法作为确定指标权重的一种方法广泛的应用于经济政策综合评价中.通过判断不同指标之间的差异程度,可以确定指标权重进而测算经济政策综合评价得分.但随着经济政策、经济结构的不断变化评价指标也应进行调整,做到与经济政策同调整,才能实现理论模型更好的应用于经济研究中.真正起到完善评价机制,推进经济政策有效实施的作用.%As a method to determine the index weight,the entropy method is widely used in the compre-hensive evaluation of economic policies.By judging the degree of difference between different indi-cators,it is possible to determine the weight of indicators and then measure the overall evaluation scores of economic policies.However,with the constant changes in economic policies and economic structure,the evaluation indicators should also be adjusted to the same pace with economic poli-cies,so that the theoretical model can be better applied to economic research.As a result,it can re-ally play a role in improving the evaluation mechanism and promoting the effective implementation of economic policies.
