橡胶颗粒掺量对水泥混凝土抗压及抗盐冻影响

         

摘要

为了拓展橡胶集料混凝土在寒冷地区桥面铺装的应用, 取橡胶颗粒按六种不同掺量替代等体积的砂制作橡胶集料混凝土试件, 对该试件进行抗压及抗盐冻性能的研究, 试验表明:橡胶颗粒的掺入明显提高了混凝土的抗盐冻性, 在9%掺量时, 其抗盐冻性最好, 随着冻融循环次数的不断增加, 橡胶集料混凝土的相对抗压强度值明显大于基准混凝土的相对抗压强度值, 掺量为9%的橡胶集料混凝土相对抗压强度最大.%In order to expand the application of rubber aggregate concrete in cold area, the rubber aggre-gate concrete specimens were made from six kinds of sand with different dosage to replace thesame volume of sand.The results showed that the addition of rubber particles significantly im-proved the anti-salt freezing performance of concrete, and reached the optimal level when 9%ofthe content was added.With the increase of freeze-thaw cycles, the relative compressive strengthof rubber aggregate concrete is obviously greater than that of reference concrete, and the relativecompressive strength of rubber aggregate concrete with 9%content is the largest.
