板式换热器的性能仿真

摘要

Combined with the performance characteristics of the plate heat exchanger, the mathematicalmodel and simulation model of the plate heat exchanger were established by using the CyberSimsimulation platform.The simulation model was verified by the actual running data of the plateheat exchanger.The research results show that the relative error between the simulated data andthe actual running data is less than 5％, and the performance of the plate heat exchanger can besimulated by the simulation model.%结合板式换热器的性能特点运用CyberSim仿真平台建立了板式换热器的数学模型及仿真模型, 通过板式换热器的实际运行数据验证其仿真模型.研究结果表明, 仿真数据与实际运行数据的相对误差在5％以内, 即可通过该仿真模型对板式换热器进行性能仿真.
