通货膨胀与南京同业公会的工资权益维护（1946年-1948年）

From the year 1946 to 1948, in order to alleviate the bad influence of fierce inflation, the Nanjing Nation-al Government took measurements to control the prices. Because of the hyper-inflation and relatively low wages in-crease rate, even for the frozen salaries policy, the disputes between the employers and employees soared quickly. The paper takes Nanjing Construction Industry Association as an example, and analyzes the role it played during the process of disputes settlement. It included petition the government and regulations to the members. It was a key party in the process of disputes settlement.%在1946年至1948年期间，为了缓解严峻的通货膨胀压力，南京国民政府制定了一系列限价政策。物价飞速上涨，而工人工资增长远慢于物价，甚至曾被政府明令冻结，造成劳资矛盾日益激化。以南京营造业同业公会为例，论述同业公会在协调劳资纠纷过程中的作用。同业公会通过向政府请愿和约束会员两条渠道缓解劳资纠纷，起到了沟通与协调的作用。
