产业集群与共性技术创新的协同演化过程研究

摘要

The presence of co-evolution exists between the industrial clusters and industrial generic technology inno-vation. By analyzing collaborative motivation of the industrial clusters and industrial generic technology innovation, proven that taking technology development as the main line, technology competing is the necessary requirement for the heterogeneous development of industry cluster. The development of generic technology is the inevitable result of industrial cluster effect, technology overflow is the diffusion of industrial cluster on technology, and technology elimination is the concomitant decline or replacement of industry cluster. From the Industrial Clusters and generic technology innovation collaborative process, the article reveals the demand, development, stability, termination stage of the co-evolutionary , and the budding, growth, prosperity, recession stage of industrial clusters and the life cycle of generic technology innovation, the big stage for the three are co-evolutionary.%产业集群与产业共性技术创新之间存在协同演化关系。通过分析产业集群与产业共性技术创新协同发展的动因，探明在技术发展主线上，产业共性技术的竞合是产业集群异质化发展的必然要求，共性技术的发展是产业集群效应的必然结果，产业共性技术的溢出是产业集群对技术扩散作用的放大，产业共性技术的淘汰是产业集群衰亡或更新换代的伴生物。通过对产业集群与产业共性技术创新协同过程进行研究，揭示了在协同需求产生期、协同效应发展期、协同效应的稳定期、协同效应的终止期这四大发展时期，产业集群的萌芽、生长、繁荣、衰退生命周期与共性技术创新的生命周期，存在三期协同演化的关系。
