赤霉素处理对高山杜鹃叶片酶活性和有机物含量的影响

         

摘要

研究了不同浓度赤霉素(GA_3)处理对高山杜鹃'粉金蝶'叶片酶活性和有机物含量的影响.结果表明:不同浓度的GA_3处理对高山杜鹃'粉金蝶'叶片苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性的影响差异不显著;对过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响较为明显,最适浓度为100 mg/L.随GA_3浓度的增加,高山杜鹃'粉金蝶'试材中可溶性蛋白含量逐渐增加,当GA_3浓度达到100 mg/L时,可溶性蛋白含量达到最大值.可溶性糖含量随GA_3浓度的增加差异不显著.随GA_3处理后时间的延长,淀粉含量与可溶性糖的变化趋势正好相反.%Different GA_3 concentration impact on Rhododendron delavayi 'Cosmopolitan' enzyme activity and organism content in the leaves were srudied. Results showed that the effect of different concentrations of GA_3 on Rhododendron delavayi 'Cosmopolitan' PAL activity was not significant in the leaves; while the effect on POD activity was more obvious,and the most suitable concentration was 100 mg/L. Generally, the soluble protein content increased gradually with the increase in the concentration of GA_3. When the concentration of GA_3 reached to 100 mg/L,the soluble protein content achieved its maximum value. No obvious increase in soluble sugar content was found with the increase in the concentration of GA_3. The starch content changed oppositely with the soluble sugar content with prolonged GA_3 treating time.
