In order to screen out the higher anti-desiccation ability of entomopathogenic nematodes, the anti-desiccation ability of 10 entomopathogenic nematodes strains were evaluated in a desiccator containing saturated salt solution. The results showed that their anti-desiccation ability varied between different nematode strains. Steinernema had a higher survival rate when treated at 25 ℃ and RH of 50.5% for 9 h than Heterorabditis, S. carpocapsae GA has the highest survival rate of 75.1%. And the mortality rate to mellonella of recovery nematodes is 100%. Heterorhabditis sp. CZ and XH-9 strain survival rate is 0. By using several higher antidesiccation ability strains, the pathogenity of the entomopathogenic nematode to the Grapholitha molesta was also determined. The results indicated that ZH has strong virulence to Grapholitha molesta, and LT50 is 2.46 d.%为筛选出抗干燥能力较强的昆虫病原线虫,采用小空间控制饱和盐液法测定了10个昆虫病原线虫品系的抗干燥能力,结果表明:不同昆虫病原线虫品系抗干燥能力不同.在25℃、相对湿度50.5%的小空间控制器中处理9 h后,Steinernema carpocapsae GA品系的存活率最高,达到75.1%,且复苏后线虫对大蜡螟致死率达100%;Heterorhabditis sp.CZ和XH-9品系存活率最低为0.利用5个抗干燥能力较强的品系初步测定其对梨小食心虫的致死能力,结果表明异小杆线虫ZH品系对梨小食心虫致死能力较强,LT50为2.46 d.
