新疆野苹果优良无性系光合作用及叶绿素荧光特性分析

         

摘要

Two‐year‐old grafted seedlings of eight Xinjiang wild apple clones were used as ma‐terials to measure the changing of photosynthesis rate (Pn) and chlorophyll fluorescence with‐in a day by Li‐6400XT and Porket PEA .Results showed that the photosynthesis rate(Pn) and chlorophyll fluorescence of clone No .1 and No .5 were better than the others .The average di‐urnal changes of photosynthesis rate of the eight Xinjiang wild apple clones showed two‐peak curves ,and the curve peaks occurred at 11 :00 and 15 :00 .T he diurnal changes of transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were two‐peak curves ,and the curve peaks both occurred at 9 :00 and 15 :00 .The chlorophyll fluorescence analysis showed that the diurnal changes of Fo , Fm ,Fv ,ψO ,DIo/CSo were two‐peak curves while Tfm ,φPo ,φEo , PIABS , PICS were one‐peak curves and the peaks occurred at 11 :00 .Fv ,Tfm ,ABS/CSm ,TRo/CSo ,ETo/CSo ,RC/CSo were highly significant correlated with Pn and the highest correlation was RC/CSo ,corre‐lation coefficient was 0 .946 .It showed that electron transfer of photo chemical reaction had greater impact .And only Tfm ,ABS/CSO ,ABS/CSm ,ABS/CSm ,RC/CSO ,ETO/CSO ,TRO/CSO were significantly correlated with transpiration ,which showed the relation between tran‐spiration rate and optical energy was close .Gs was significantly correlated with φPo ,φDo , ABS/CSO ,ETO/CSO ,while highly significant correlated with Tfm ,ABS/CSm ,TRO/CSO , RC/CSO .The research demonstrated that the connections of Gs and absorb ,harvest optical energy ,and density of reaction center were close .%以8个2年生新疆野苹果优良无性系嫁接苗为材料,采用Li 6400XT 光合仪及Porket PEA高速连续激发式荧光仪对8个野苹果的光合、叶绿素荧光日变化进行测定,结果表明:1号、5号无性系在光合、叶绿素荧光等各参数等方面优于其他无性系。8个野苹果无性系 Pn日变化为双峰模式,在11:00、15:00时达到高峰;T r和G s的日变化也为双峰模式,在9:00和15:00达到高峰。对叶绿素荧光分析可知,Fo、Fm、Fv、ψO、D IO/CSO 的日变化呈双峰模式;Tfm 、φPO 、φEO 、PIABS 、PICS的日变化为单峰模式,均在11:00达到高峰。 Fv 、Tfm 、A BS/CSm 、TRO/CSO 、ETO/CSO 、RC/CSO 与 Pn极显著正相关,相关性最高的为 RC/CSO ,相关系数达到0.946,说明光化学反应中电子传递对光合影响较大。 Tfm 、A BS/CSO 、A BS/CSm 、A BS/CSm 、RC/CSO 、ETO/CSO 、TRO/CSO 与 Tr达到显著正相关,说明 Tr的变化与比活性参数联系比较紧密。φPo、φDo、ABS/CSO 、ETO/CSO 与Gs达到显著相关水平,与 Tfm 、A BS/CSm 、TRO/CSO 、RC/CSO 均达到了极显著相关水平,说明 Gs的变化与单位面积吸收、捕获的光能及反应中心的密度联系比较紧密。
