农村电网孤岛运行模式下负荷控制策略的研究

         

摘要

Under islanding operation mode of rural power grid ,when the supply of distributed power are less than the power demand of electricity loads ,part of loads must be removed to guarantee the stability of voltage and frequency of isolated rural power grid .Among the diver‐sified loads ,the priority order of removal or adjustment should be concerned .In consideration of improving supply reliability and economy , fuzzy cluster analysis method is used in this study ,and fuzzy cluster analysis is completed with three properties of loads grades ,controlled characteristics and electrical distances .According to the clustering result ,the loads control sequence is determined .By programming in Matlab ,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified .%在农村电网孤岛运行模式下,当出现分布式电源功率小于农村用电负荷功率时,为了保证农网独立系统内电压与频率的稳定,必须切除一部分负荷,在众多负荷当中,涉及优先切除或调节负荷的顺序问题。为了在满足技术条件的前提下,提高供电可靠性和经济性,本研究以模糊数学方法中的聚类分析为基础,将孤岛内负荷按负荷等级、可控特性及电气距离3个属性进行聚类分析,依据聚类结果得出负荷的控制顺序。通过在M atlab软件平台上编程,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
