Survey requires highly upon the reliability. In order to ensure the reliability, a full awareness of the status and function of the survey is demanded. A practical research survey has clear goals that will be achieved by the researchers who treat the whole procedure seriously and scientifically. The data isto be analyzed sufficiently with generalization and theoretical framework from new perspectives.%调查研究的信度要求很高,不能出现偏差。为防范调研偏差,要充分认识调研工作的地位和作用,真正把调研工作作为一件大事来做;要强化务实调查,有明确的调查目标,有全面、深入的调查作风,真正把调研工作作为一件严事来做;要用心进行研究,注重对所获信息的分析、抽象和概括,注重研究角度的选择,采用新的思维方式,推进调研创新,真正把调研工作作为一件实事来做。
