校企合作互惠共赢体制机制建设

摘要

深化校企合作、建立校企之间良好有效的合作机制，是高等教育发展的必然趋势，也是高素质技术技能型人才培养的必由之路。因此，校企双方应不断拓展校企合作的新模式和有效途径，践行“融入企业、整合资源、合作双赢”的指导思想，竭力规避校企合作中的短期行为，将校企合作真正落到实处，逐渐形成长期稳定的合作关系。%It is an inexorable trend for the development of higher education to develop an effective school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,which is also an inevitable road for techno-logical talents training.Therefore,new cooperative models and approaches should be explored with the guiding thoughts of“integrating with the enterprise and resource and beneficial for both sides”.Short-term act should be avoided and establish stable cooperation for a long run.
