PPP模式下地方政府投融资制度建构

摘要

Under the dual pressure of insufficient funds and development needs,PPP mode is adopted by many local governments due to its unique inherent advantage. However, local government is still short of practical experience which stops this mode to exert its ad-vantage. By borrowing the experiences of PPP mode in foreign countries, suggestions are proposed for China’ s local government to construct the investment and financing system.%在“资金不足”和“发展需求”的双重压力下,PPP模式以其独有的内在优势被我国很多地方政府引进,由于地方政府使用中缺少相关实践经验,使得PPP模式优势发挥不尽。文章借鉴域外国家在PPP模式上的先进经验,对我国地方政府投融资的制度建构提出建议。
