呋喃树脂砂高温残留强度改性工艺研究

             

摘要

分别采用脲醛树脂、聚氨酯及SiC原砂作添加剂,对呋喃树脂砂进行改性.研究了脲醛树脂加入量对呋喃树脂砂高温残留强度及综合性能的影响.结果证明,随着脲醛树脂加入量增加,呋喃树脂砂高温残留强度下降,溃散性得到改善,根据实验结果,确定了脲醛改性树脂砂的工艺.随着聚氨酯砂或SiC原砂加入量增加,呋喃树脂砂的高温残留强度亦明显下降,可以用于制造特殊性能的铸型(芯).%The urea-formal dehyde resin, polyurethane resin and SiC sand were used to modify the furan resin sand respectively. The effect of the addition of urea- formaldehyde resin on the high-temperature strength and the combination property of the modified furan resin sand were studied systematically. The results show that the high- temperature strength of the modified furan resin sand was reduced notably with more urea-formaldehyde resin was added into, and the optim um modifying technolgy of furan resin sand was carried out according to the experimental results. With the polyurethane resin sand or SiC sand was added into the furan resin sand, the rnhigh-temperature strength of the modified furan resin sand was reduced notably also, and themodified furan resin sand could been used .to make the mold(core) with some special properties.
