导热聚合物复合材料的研究进展

         

摘要

According to the applications of several thermally conductive fillers in thermally conductive polymer based composites, some recent progresses in thermally conductive composites were described in the paper. Several factors influencing the thermal conductivities of the composites were briefly discussed. Conclusively, the composites with functional properties can be obtained by adding different kinds of thermally conductive fillers. The use of nano-fillers makes it possible to achieve excellent thermally conductive composites. However, the researches on constructing effective heat-transfer path in the composites are of some limitations, leading to an insufficient thermal conductivity of the composites to meet the requirements of many applications. Significant breakthroughs are still needed to obtain thermally conductive composites.%针对几种导热填料在导热聚合物复合材料研究中的应用情况,概述了近年来导热聚合物复合材料的一些研究进展,简要阐述了几个影响导热聚合物复合材料热导率的因素.多种导热填料的研究丰富了导热聚合物复合材料的性能与应用,特别是纳米导热填料的研究为获得性能优异的导热聚合物复合材料提供了新的途径,然而,目前的研究所能提供的建立有效的热传导途径的方法是相对有限的,复合材料的热导率在很多情况下不能满足应用需求,导热聚合物复合材料的研究仍面临很多挑战.
