以环氧树脂为主体树脂,酸酐为固化剂,乙酰丙酮铬( Cr(acac)3)为促进剂,通过不同升温速率测定固化体系的DSC曲线来研究该体系的反应动力学历程.运用Kissinger、Ozawa方法计算出固化体系在不同促进剂用量下的表观活化能Ea及指前因子A,结合Crane公式求出反应级数n值近似为1.结果表明:适量的Cr(acac)3促进剂能降低固化反应的活化能并有效加速固化反应.%In this paper, the kinetics of the system, which used epoxy resin as the matix resin, MNA was used as curing agent and chromium acetylacetonate was used as accelerant was studied through the DSC curves of curing system at different heating rate. The apparent activation energy ( Ea) and the pre-exponential factor A of the curing system with different content of accelerant was calculated using Kissinger, Ozawa method. The reaction order (re) gotten with Crane formula was near to 1. The results showed that the right amount of Cr ( acac) 3 can reduce the activation energy of curing reaction and effectively speed up the curing reaction.
