复合式对接试验台构型及动力学分析

             

摘要

小型卫星空间交会对接是影响航天事业发展的关键技术.为了保证小型卫星空间对接的成功率,通过仿真对接试验台进行地面对接模拟试验研究是十分必要的.针对空间对接试验台对接模式单一、通用性差的问题,在立式对接试验台的基础上设计了复合式对接试验台,该试验台可实现垂直和水平两种对接模式,并详细介绍了关键部件的组成结构和工作原理.对被动对接平台球关节进行了动力学分析,依据分析结果对为球关节的旋转运动提供动力的平衡杆组件进行了优化.同时,利用仿真分析软件对主动对接平台的底盘支撑组件进行了仿真分析,结果表明:底盘支撑组件的最大变形和最大应力均在允许范围内,满足设计要求.%Small satellite rendezvous and docking is a key technology affecting the development of the space industry. In order to ensure the success rate of small satellites in space docking,it is necessary to carry simulation test of space docking through the space docking simulation test bench. In response to the problems of space docking test platform docking form single and poor universality, on the basis of vertical docking test platform composite docking test rig is designed. The test platform can realize two kinds of docking modes of vertical and horizontal,and introduces the structure and working principle of the key components in detail. The dynamic analysis of ball joint of the passive docking table is carried out,and the balance bar components which provide power for the rotary motion of the ball joint is optimized. At the same time, the simulation analysis is carried out by using the simulation analysis software to carry out the simulation analysis of the supporting components of the active docking platform. The results show that the maximum deformation and maximum stress of the chassis support components are in the range of requirements and meet the design requirements.
