外资新政下调整我国利用外资策略

Under the background of the new foreign investment policy, we should adjust the tactics of utilizing foreign investment, which is speeding the upgrad%自从改革开放以来，我国在利用外资方面取得了巨大成就，但也存在很多不足。在我国推出了外资新政的背景下，应及时调整利用外资策略，即利用外资加快产业结构升级，引导外资向中西部转移，进一步提升外资利用水平。
