基于产业协同与城乡统筹的乡村旅游转型路径——以山东省寿光市、蓬莱市、长岛县为例

In order to play a valuable role in developing economy and adjusting industry structure in rural area, development of rural tourism must be transformed. In spite of different conditions, Shouguang, Penglai and Changdao, three counties in Shandong province, impulse rural tourism trans- forming by industry synergy and urban - rural integrated development. They provide a classic path for analogous area. That is, local development should be by means of industry synergy and urban -rural integrated development,which can accumulate capital and create a good environment for transformation of rural tourism. At the same time, new rules and regulations should be laid down and the level of operating and management is im- proved. In this way, rural tourism may be industrialized; therefore, it can produce better comprehensive benefit.%乡村旅游必须转型才能更好地发挥发展乡村经济，调整当地产业结构的作用。城乡统筹和产业协同与乡村旅游之间存在互动关系。山东省寿光、蓬莱、长岛三地在不同的条件下，通过产业协同和城乡统筹发展，促进了乡村旅游转型，为相似地区提供了典型的发展路径：区域要通过协同和城乡一体化的方式发展当地经济，为乡村旅游发展提供资源、资本和良好的发展环境，并对其进行新的制度安排，才能提高经营管理水平，实现规模化、组织化、产业化，最终实现转型，取得综合效益。
