民主政治产生机制对“协商”与“竞争”的不同偏好，导致在民主政治思维、民主政治形式、民主政治活动方面的较大差异，特别在对待街头政治问题上十分明显。街头政治是一种表达政治诉求的手段，具有偶发性、公开性、撕裂性和暴力倾向，在政治法治化背景下，其在不同民主政治模式中存在着预设前提、成本分析、结果评价等方面的差异化法治问题。%The different preferences of the democratic political generation mechanism for"consultation" and"competition", which lead to the great difference between the democratic political thinking, the form of democratic politics, and the activities of democratic politics.
