基于区域经济特色的福建省水产品冷链物流发展研究

摘要

Fujian is a fisheries big province in the southeast coast of China .The rich aquatic resources is one of the special industry in theconstruc-tion of "the blue economic area"inFujian province The characteristics of the aquatic products easy to rot makes cold chain logistics is the basis guarantee to promote regional economic .This paper introduces the unique regional external environmentinfluence on the development of aquatic products cold chain logistics in Fujian province .Using the SCP model to analyze the current situation of industry structure , market behavior and market performance in the operation mechanism of Fujian aquatic products cold chain logistics .Drawing lessonsto the advanced operation mode of cold chain in the United States, Japan, and reference and study to the related policy planning and present situation of aquatic products cold chain logistics development in Fujian ,Put forward the ideal model of operating mechanism transformation of the aquatic products cold chain logistics in Fu-jian province,from three aspects aboutconstruction of integration industry information platform ,development ofRegional Shared economic and Spatial layout optimization of low temperature logistics distribution center .%福建是中国东南沿海的渔业大省，丰富的水产资源是福建省建设“海峡蓝色经济试验区”的特色产业之一。水产品易腐烂变质的特征使得冷链物流成为促进福建区域经济发展的基础保障。在介绍福建省水产品冷链物流发展独特区域外部环境的基础上，运用SCP模型分析福建省水产品冷链物流运营机制的行业结构、市场行为以及市场绩效的现行状态。通过借鉴美国、日本先进的冷链运营模式，在参考研究福建省冷链物流发展相关政策规划与水产品冷链物流现状的基础上，从一体化产业信息平台构建、区域共享经济发展及低温物流集配中心空间布局优化三个方面提出改造福建省水产品冷链物流运营机制的理想模式。
