"Traditional Chinese culture is one of our most profound cultural soft power , which is rooted in the cultures of the fertile soil of socialism with Chinese characteristics,"but for the era of globalization, whether to keep the spirit of Chinese culture, through the cultivation and practice of the core values of socialism, and give full play to the spirit of traditional Chinese culture and enhance national cohesion and creativity , which is the key issue related to the success or failure of national reconstruction .It is an urgent problem that how the traditional culture is integrated into the new culture fit for the contemporary social development .This paper argues that solving problems in the culture with the conception of scientific the-ory will contribute to the inheritance and development of traditional culture .%“中华优秀传统文化是我们最深厚的文化软实力，也是中国特色社会主义植根的文化沃土。”然而面向全球化时代，能否保持住中华民族文化精神主体性，通过培育和实践社会主义核心价值观，充分发扬中华传统文化的精神动力作用，增强民族凝聚力和民族创造力，这是关系到民族复兴成败的关键性问题。如何将传统文化转化成适合当代社会发展的新文化，是亟待解决的现实问题。以科学发观理论对待传统文化，解决文化中的问题，将有利于传统文化的继承和发展。
