氮缺乏对活性污泥系统的影响

         

摘要

In order to study the influence of nitrogen shortage on activated sludge system, 5 sequencing batch reactors (SBR) were operated with an anoxic-oxic pattern in parallel under different degree of nitrogen deficiency. The effects on sludge settleability, nitrogen and phosphorus removal characteristics , effluent quality were investigated. The results showed that the sludge settled properly under different degree of nitrogen deficiency. The activated sludge system has certain denitrification and phosphorus removal ability at a influent COD: N value of 100: 2,and specific phosphorus release amount was about 14 mg-PO43--P/g - MLSS and nitrification rate was 1. 26 mg - O2/g - VSS h -1. When COD: N > 100: 0. 75 , the denitrification and phosphorus removal ability of activated sludge system was exacerbated with MLSS dropped from nearly 2 200 mg/L to just under 1 800 mg/L. Microorganism ate itself in order to ease nitrogen shortage.%为了考察氮缺乏对活性污泥系统的影响,采用5个序批式间歇反应器(SBR),按照缺氧/好氧的方式平行运行,通过调节不同的进水COD∶N比,考察了氮缺乏状态下活性污泥污泥系统的污泥沉降性,脱氮除磷性能,以及出水水质等方面的表现.结果表明在氮缺乏时,活性污泥仍具有较好的沉降性能,并且没有发生污泥膨胀现象.当进水COD∶N比为100∶2时,活性污泥系统仍具有一定的脱氮除磷能力,比释磷量约为14 mg-PO43-—P/g-MLSS,硝化速率约为1.26 mg-O2/g-VSS h-1.当进水COD∶N比高于100/0.75时,活性污泥系统的脱氮除磷性能严重恶化,活性污泥质量浓度在逐渐的下降,MLSS由约2 200 mg/L下降至1 800 mg/L以下,微生物通过自食的方式缓解氮元素的缺乏.
