管道内喷液轨迹线的计算方法研究

摘要

Presents the formulas established for speed distribution along the radial direction and the calculation for jet trace rotary airflow field to improve the quality of sprayed anti-corrosion coating inside pipeline, and the experiments performed to verify the results of theoretical analysis results, used for selection of spraying process parameters.%为提高管道内防腐涂料的离心喷涂质量，首先建立了旋转空气流场环境下的空气流场速度沿径向的分布关系式，然后引用旋转坐标系解决了在旋转空气流场阻力条件下飞行喷液运动轨迹参数的计算问题．最后，通过实验验证了理论分析结果的正确性，为管道内防腐涂料的离心喷涂工艺参数的选取提供了理论依据．
