精密离心机的主轴速率波动对其精度的影响

摘要

精密离心机主轴速率精度是决定精密离心机精度的重要因素，影响精密离心机速率精度的主要因素是速率波动，消除主轴速率波动的影响是提高精密离心机速率精度的关键.给出速率波动的定义和产生原因，运用傅里叶分析法研究精密离心机主轴速率波动对精密离心机精度的影响，给出速率波动的计算方法，对速率波动给出限制量，并提出了补偿方法.可以运用补偿方法提高精密离心机所产生的加速度的计算精度.%Presents the study by Fourier analysis of the influence of the main axis speed of precision centrifuge on the accuracy of precision centrifuge, and suggests ways to eliminate the influence of fluctuating main-axis'speed to improve the accuracy of main axis speed of precision centrifuge with a calculating method, and limit value specified for speed fluctuation and the compensating method for improving the calculating accuracy of precision centrifuge's centripetal acceleration.
