板壳结构加筋布局的仿生脉序生长算法

         

摘要

加筋是板壳结构增强刚度的有效方式,双子叶植物的叶脉脉序分布和不规则的加筋型式具有相似性.在总结叶脉整体和局部特性的基础上,对叶脉形成的结构力学进行了重点阐述,提取了决定脉序形成的主要力学变量,据此提出了一种适合于板壳结构加强筋布局优化的仿生脉序生长算法.应变能和剪应力分别作为主脉和次脉生长的依据,设计灵敏度用来衡量设计参数对力学性能变量的影响程度.典型简支薄板结构的优化设计证明了此方法在静力分析中的有效性.%Rib-stiffening is an efficient way to strengthen plate/shell structure. During probing of rib layout problems , a biological venation organism was observed to be similar to a reinforced plate in its irregular pattern. Global and local regularities of dicotyledonous venation were summarized, and the mechanical force theory on venation morphogenesis was discussed intensively. From this study the mechanical variables involved were extracted. A venation growing algorithm was proposed to allow for two-dimensional reinforcement layout optimization. Strain energy and shear stress were selected as the growth criterion of the main and secondary veins, respectively. The design sensitivity was adopted to measure the influence of the design parameters on mechanical properties. Optimization designs of a typical simple-support plate show the effectiveness of the method in static analysis.
