深水海底管道套筒连接器设计与分析

         

摘要

A collet connector was used to connect pipeline ends in a sub-sea production system through installation of a remotely operated tool. This solved the problem of a deepwater high-pressure seal and diver-less fast installation. This paper established a mathematical model of contact. Contact characteristics were obtained through contact analysis of a connector model by using the finite element, and the relationship between the preload and gasket axial force was studied. The whole scheme of the collet connector system was proposed. The collet connector was designed using the structure of the collet, claw, hub, and lens ring, and the lens ring axial seal was achieved by collet radial pre-tightening. Through pressure testing, high-pressure sealing implementation of 65 MPa shows that the connector seal is safe, the structure design is reasonable, and the correctness of the finite element model is proved.%套筒连接器用于水下生产系统海底管道末端连接,采用远程操作工具遥控安装,解决了深水高压密封和无潜快速安装的难题.论文建立了接触数学模型,通过有限元对连接器模型进行接触分析,得到接触特性,研究预紧载荷与垫片轴向载荷的关系.给出了套筒连接器系统整体方案,设计了套筒连接器,采用套筒、卡爪、高颈和透镜垫结构,利用套筒径向预紧实现透镜垫轴向密封.进行打压试验,实现65 MPa高压密封,表明套筒连接器密封性能安全可靠,结构设计合理,验证了有限元模型的正确性.
